Sister Midnight: the Strat model of Custom 77

Le April 18th, 2011 par Joris K. | Electric guitars

I am a big fan of Custom 77, so I could not miss this news. The brand just launched a series of strat models: the Sister Midnight. For the first guitars — because I suppose that there will be some others — we can see two simple but very stylish colors: black and white on the alder body, with a thin maple neck. The modernity is here with “pure” colors, but even so contrasting with a vintage head, painted on the top to remind the color of the body. Don’t forget the old pickguard of the White one, the 6 saddle bridge, confirming the retro effect. Finally, we can see 3 Alnico “Single77″ pickups that we have already seen on the Lust For Life CS3 (SSS 3 Tones). With a price of 365€, the Sister Midnight is an affordable guitar, and my little finger told me that this strat will make many envious persons!
