Musikmesse is a show where you have a lot of instruments, but you also a lot of demonstrations. The second video of this 2010 edition is here, and it is the Freak Kitchen’s guitarist who take the place of Christophe Godin with a great and funny tapping. Marc talked about it in comment, so here is an extract of his demonstration, with few jokes before.

I am still sorting my videos and pictures of this 2010 edition of Musikmesse. It takes me a lot of times, but here is a first nice video montage, with a demonstration of the talented Christophe Godin at Laney stand, with his great Vigier guitar.

The French brand Lâg is at Musikmesse this year and offers a nice stand with diverse products. Beautiful new guitars like the T3400D are here, and we can see the new Imperator I66 electric series, more contemporary with glossy finishes and a natural Mahogany neck. The other models of the Arkane, Imperator and Tramontane ranges were not forgotten, and you can watch pictures of them in the following post.

It is rare to find single cut guitars with tremolo, especially from Gibson. Because some guitarists dream about a Les Paul with Floyd without paying for a Les Paul Axcess, Epiphone launched the Les Paul PlusTop PRO/FX. Its aggressive Floyd Rose will satisfy every solo on the 22 frets neck, and the Alnico Classic (neck) and Classic Plus (bridge) will offer a rich Crunch. The vintage body in Mahogany / Maple “Desertburst” finished nicely contrasts with the modern bridge and the chromed pickup covers. Price : $500.
