PRS announce a new head, the Sweet 16 Amp

Le August 29th, 2009 par Joris | Amps

This year, Paul Reed Smith decided to create and market hand wired amps. This idea begins to work because the Sweet 16 is already their fourth model. The name doesn’t come from the song of Billy Idol, but from the 16 Watts. With two power tubes 6V6, there are 6 classic controls: Volume, Reverb, Treble, Middle, Bass, and Master. Europeans must sadly wait because this amp is just sold in the United States and Canada for the moment. This head costs $1,659, and the two cabs 1×12 et 2×12 are available, more informations soon. I hope that PRS makes amps as good as their fabulous high-end guitars!
